"The first chapter was very intriguing - something that I love and need in the books I read. It had good advice and you were left for wanting to know more. The whole book was a quick and easy read that made it easier to start implementing the practical advice right away. We need to be reminded of the fundamentals over and over again, and this book did exactly that, it reminded me about the essentials of well-being, and how I could still fine-tune my wellness routines. I also liked how the connection didn't end when the book did, because I was introduced to the author's YouTube channel.
